1. Kindly ensure that you have selected the correct item(s) in the correct colours/sizes before checking out.

2. Kindly ensure that the shipping address and contact number are filled in correctly. Orders with incomplete/incorrect information may result in delayed delivery. A re-delivery fee will be applied if parcel is returned.

3. Please take note that by submitting the order implies your intention of confirming an item. Thus items not paid within the timeframe of 24hours, unless otherwise agreed upon, will be put up for sale thereafter. All dead buyers will also be blacklisted from our website and from all future purchases.

4. We will take legal actions against fraud cases. So please do not try to fake a payment if you seriously did not make any.


1. Kindly ensure that you agree on the waiting time for BACKORDER items before you make payment. 

2. Arrival time for different items differs. We apologise as there may be delayed or cancelled backorders due to unforeseen circumstances such as shipment delay, insufficient stocks arrived etc.


 1. Orders will be delivered within 2-3 working days (unless otherwise stated / under BACKORDER) following successful receipt of your order.

2. Weekends and public holidays are not included in the delivery time frame.

3. All shipping charges will be calculated automatically upon check out. 

4. Your products are under the responsibility of our third party postal service providers and we are not responsible for any lost parcels during shipment. 

5. Additional charges for re-delivery will be applied after a non-successful attempt.
