*Backorders placed after 10th Jan 2024 will arrive in end Feb - mid March due to Chinese New Year holidays.

If your order contains only Ready Stock, your order will be dispatched as per usual until 5th Feb 2024.

Q : What is backorder?

Backorder items are products that are currently out of stock due to high demand and  great response and in the process of being restocked. When it arrives, we'll drop you a notification email and send out your order right away!

Q: How will I know if my backorder items are ready?

When your backorder items arrive, we’ll dispatch it right away and send you the tracking details via email.

Q: How do I know if the item is ready stock/backorder item?

Products on backorder are indicated with a "Backorder" tag. Items without the tag are all Ready Stock.

Examples of product name of both Ready Stock and Backorder are shown as:
e.g. Marilyn Ribbed Dress Khaki (S) = Size S of this product is Ready Stock
e.g. Marilyn Ribbed Dress Khaki (M Backorder) = Size M of this product is on Backorder


Q: How long does backorder take?

Estimated time of arrival: 3-4 weeks 

 *In the event of unforeseen delay from production or shipment arrival, POPPYLAND reserves the right to change the estimated delivery date without prior notice.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can only cancel the order if the status is "Pending on Payment", or if you have not been charged for the order yet. Unfortunately, once the order has been placed and payment has been made, we are unable to cancel your order. 

If the customer insists, a 15% administration fee will be charged and deducted from the total refund amount.

All payment must be made for backorder items to be confirmed including self pick-up orders.

Q: Can I have my ready stock items shipped out first and Backorder items later?

By default, we will only ship your order altogether after your Backorder arrives. If you wish us to send your ready stock items separately, please contact and request from us. Additional shipping fees will be charged accordingly. 


Q: What if I need it before 10 working days?

We would recommend to place your order at least 3-4 weeks(Malaysia) / 4-6 weeks(international) in advanced from your expected receival date as shipping takes 1-5 working days(Malaysia) / 5-10 working days(international) to deliver.
