Shipping and Delivery

ATTENTION

In view of COVID-19, we are facing delays in delivery of items. It may take longer than usual to fulfill the order. We are working to get your order to you as quickly as possible.


Shipment processing time 

All orders are processed within 1-3 days in business days except for item(s) under backorder. Backorder items take approximately 3-4 weeks to arrive and will ship thereafter.

 *In the event of unforeseen delay from production or shipment arrival, POPPYLAND reserves the right to change the estimated delivery date without prior notice.

If you wish us to send your ready stock items upfront, please contact us via  Instagram/WhatsApp and request from us. Additional shipping fees will be charged accordingly. 

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

If you have not receive your parcel item after an extended waiting period, please contact the shipping courier with your tracking code. For further assistance, contact our team through email at hello.poppyland@gmail.com for more help.

 All shipping charges will be calculated automatically upon check out.

International shipping rates & delivery estimates 

For International Shipping, your parcel will be sent out via  J&T Express(Brunei) / Ninja Van(Singapore). You may refer below for the estimated delivery time frames for orders to Singapore and Brunei :

Customs, Duties and Taxes 

We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

Shipping fees paid during checkout do not include customs and import duties (duty delivered unpaid).Your parcel may be subjected to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes will be in accordance with local regulations. If taxes and/or duties are incurred for your parcel, you will be responsible to cover the fees before delivery can proceed.

If you refuse the parcel upon delivery or if the parcel is unclaimed, the fees incurred for the return of the parcel (duties, taxes, return fees) will be payable by you before re-delivery can be arranged.


Shipment confirmation & Order tracking 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

It is common for NO tracking information to show until your package has been scanned in by the respective carriers. It might remain “blank” for up to 48 hours after you receive your tracking link. However, if your order was placed more than a week ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us at [email protected]


Missed my delivery

After 2 failed delivery attempts, your parcel will be returned to us. But we'd be more than happy to redeliver your order! Take note: Return fees and additional redelivery fees will apply. You may also arrange for Self Pick-up.

NO CANCELLATION/REFUND will be entertained at this stage.


Missing/damages

Once parcel is shipped from our side, the liability of the parcel lies with the courier service and we are not responsible for any lost of missing/damage parcel. However, we will try our best to liaise with the courier service on behalf of the customer.


Provided wrong address

If you provided an address that is considered insufficient or incorrect by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed and updated the address with you. So please make sure the address you provide is correct.


Can I request for my parcel to be left outside my residence, if there is no one home to accept my delivery? 

We could, but we don't encourage it. As mentioned, we want to make sure your parcel reaches you safely, so a signature is required upon delivery! You may request for the delivery to be arranged without signing for it - but we won't be able to reimburse or replace your order if it is not received on your end.


Change delivery information

Feel free to contact us ASAP and request for change of delivery information via email/WhatsApp before your order is shipped. However, you won't be able to amend your delivery info once your order is shipped, we'll still try our best to help though so just drop us a message!


Self pick-up service

We also provide self pick up service. However, it will be subjected to our availability as this service is free. Poppyland reserves the right to reschedule any pickup due to personal or official reasons. 

*For orders containing backorder items, you will still need to make prior payment as stated in the product description even if you have selected self pick up.

Step 2 : Order and Check Out on website, and under shipping select 'Pickup'
Step 3 : Arrange for your preferred dispatch service (Suggestion : Grab/Lalamove)

Subjected to stock availability ( If the item you ordered is on BACKORDER, we will not be able to arrange for same day delivery)
Subject to operating hours (Mon - Fri, 11am-6pm)

We will not be liable for any damage or loss of parcel during the transit as dispatch service will be arranged by customer
