Do you accept returns & exchange?
Poppyland provides returns and exchange only for the following reasons:
1. Major manufacturing defective item
2. Incorrect item
*Strictly NO Returns & Exchange or Refund if they item is used or damaged by the customer.
*Sales item are non-refundable/exchangeable.
For Defective / Wrong Item
- 1 to 1 exchange of the same item you have purchased (same design, same size)
- Exchange of design/size will have an additional charge of RM30 per item and customer shall bear the Return & Resend shipping cost.
- Item has to be unwashed and unworn to be eligible for exchange or refund
Please note that we do not accept returns/exchanges
- Size doesn't fit (measurements are clearly stated below each item)
- Do not like the item
- Quality not up to expectation
- as soon as you make your purchase online with us
and all reasons under (iv)
- (iv) ALL reasons listed below are NOT considered defects:
- Color variation from product photos, e.g. fuschia vs red
- Slight design variation from product photos, e.g. print patterns and arrangements, lace arrangements, etc.
- Slight size variation of within ±3cm on measurements
- Minor imperfections, e.g. loose threads, crease marks and etc.
- defect is found to be a minor stain removable by wash
- Self-inflicted damage (clothing tag is being pulled off forcefully instead of being cut) or cut to the product
- Customer's subjective opinions on product quality and preference. (inner lining torn, inner ribbon loop torn, etc)
Proof of defect must be verified by Poppyland Return to be eligible*
- Please notify us on any defective, missing items or wrong items within 3 working days from the date your tracking number shows that the order has been delivered.
- Do not return items without informing us beforehand or we will not accept.
- All items MUST be shipped back within 3 working days (Malaysia)
- We STRICTLY DO NOT accept any return/exchange/refund after the 3-day period.
- For SAME DAY DELIVERY order, any exchange or refund request must be made on the same day or it will not be accepted
We reserve the rights to reject any returns with no Return Form enclosed, does not meet our return policy standards, return after the stipulated return period OR caught misuing the system.
- All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, perfumed, altered, thorn & do not open/cut button hole. Complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable
- Inner wear, lingerie, bodysuit, playsuit, and camisole strictly cannot be exchanged.
- Customers can only return/exchange once per item.
- All Sales item/Item with Promo Code applied/Discounted item is not returnable/exchangable/refundable.
- We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.
- We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit
How do I return the items?
- Email to [email protected] / send us a Direct Message on Instagram with the following details:

Reason for return: (Items with defects; attach photo(s) if possible / Incorrect item received)
- Refunds (Poppyland shopping credit) will only be made if the defective/returned items are out of stock permanently.
- Once we have checked the item conditions and approved the refund, customer will receive their refund in shopping credits within 14 working days after the confirmation and will be notified respectively.
- All refunds STRICTLY will be given in Poppyland shopping credit, to be used on www.poppyland.co
- We will not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.
- ONLY REFUND THE COST OF THE ITEM/S PURCHASED. NOT INCLUDING POSTAGE /RETURN POSTAGE/TRANSACTION FEES/ANY FEES
- You are responsible for postage costs of returned items/re-delivery postage costs for the delivery of your new choice for the exchange.
- Kindly note that all return parcels are dealt via mailing only. If you return an item that does not meet the requirements for returns set out above, we reserve the right to reject the return and any request for an exchange. If we accept your exchange, we will mail your preferred exchange item to you as soon as possible, or refund it in the form of store credit for future use.
Yes, but only if the order is still on pending status, and hasn't been paid for. Orders that have been paid for cannot be cancelled. If the customer insists, a 15% administration fee will be charged and deducted from the total refund amount.
