Do you accept returns & exchange?

POPPYLAND.CO provides returns and exchange only for the following reasons:
1. Manufacturing defected item
2. Incorrect item

Please note that we do not accept returns/exchanges if the size doesn't fit as measurements are clearly stated below each item.

Conditions: 
  1. Item must be returned in its new and original condition.
  2. Item must not be worn, washed, perfumed, altered, or thorn.
  3. Customer must return the item with the tag on.
  4. The difference will not be returned if the price of the exchange item is lower than the original item.
  5. Inner wear, lingerie, bodysuit, playsuit, and camisole strictly cannot be exchanged.
  6. Customers can only return/exchange once per item.
  7. All Sales item/Item with Promo Code applied/Discounted item is not returnable/exchangable/refundable.


How do I return the items? 
  1. Email to poppyland.co@gmail.com / send us a Direct Message on Instagram with the following details:

    Order Number:
    Product(s) Name :
    Reason for return: (Items with defects; attach photo(s) if possible / Incorrect item received )

Refunds 
  1. Refunds will only be made if the defective/returned items are out of stock permanently. 
  2. After approving the refund, customer will receive their refund within 3 days after the confirmation and will be notified respectively.


* Please notify us on any defective or wrong items within 5 working days after receiving them. Do not return items without informing us beforehand or we will not accept.

* All items MUST be shipped back within 5 working days (Malaysia)/10 working days (International).

* We will NOT accept any return/exchange/refund after the 5-day period.


Who will bare the shipping costs?

Shipping fee will be borne by POPPYLAND.CO.
