Q: How do I place an order?
A: Easy.
- Choose the categories ( What's new, Clothing, Shoes & Accessories, Sale) that you're interested in and start browsing
- When you find an item you love, choose your colour, size and quantity and add to cart.
- You can continue shopping or complete your order by viewing your shopping cart
- If you'd like to process your order, you can log into your account or sign up for a new account if it's your first time purchasing.
- Check that your delivery address is correct.
- Choose your preferred delivery method.
- Select a payment method
- Confirm your order and you're done!
- You'll receive an email confirmation immediately when payment is successful.
- Upon payment verification, your order will be packaged and sent to you in 1-2 working days.
Q: How can I pay for my order?
A: Poppyland.co offers various kinds of payment methods:

Q. Can I use my store credit/vouchers for sales/discounted items?
A: No, store credit/vouchers are only applicable for non sale items.
Q. Can I use my store credit to reduce shipping fee?
A: No, store credits can only be applied to non sale items, shipping fee is calculated separately.
Q. How do I change my account's personal information and shipping address?
A: All you have to do is log in to your account → Click on “Account Maintenance” → Edit your account information and shipping address here.
Q: I forgot my account password. How can I retrieve it?
A: Click on “Lost Password?” and enter the email that you used to register for the account.
Click Submit, then a verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.
Q: Can I cancel an existing order I placed?
A: Yes, but only if the order is still on pending status, and hasn't been paid for. Orders that have been paid for cannot be cancelled. If the customer insists, a 20% administration fee will be charged and deducted from the total refund amount. only refund to store credit!
Q: What is the product's transaction currency?
A: All product transactions will be done in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
Q. How long does delivery usually take?
A: Normally, you should receive your package of joy in about 1-3 working days if you’re in Peninsular Malaysia, and 4-7 working days for orders in East Malaysia.
Q. Do you have a physical store?
A: No, we are only operating online at the moment. However, you can arrange for self-collection of your orders from our studio or send us your measurements if you need assistance with choosing the right size. We do have pop-up stores from time to time, so be sure to follow us on Instagram @poppyland.co, or subscribe to our newsletter to be updated!
Q. How do I arrange for self-collection?
A: While checking out your order, select "PICK UP" under your Shipping Method. Our team will be in touch with you via email upon receiving your order. Or else, you can also drop us a message directly via whatsapp at +60 135418028 to arrange for your pick-up. However, it will be subjected to our avaibility as this service is free. POPPYLAND reserves the right to reschedule any COD due to personal or official reasons.
